What is the Inside Out SleepAway Camp?

The Inside Out SleepAway Camp Program is designed to give each camper a safe place to discover themselves on a deeper level while having fun and building lifelong friendships. Campers are encouraged to develop independence through self-awareness and individual growth as well as challenged mentally and socially through team building activities. Campers are taught essential skills to help them navigate the obstacles of life and ultimately be more confident in their own skin.

Room and Board $1000

  • Accommodations at Tapestry of the Heart   Retreat Center

  • 3 catered meals a day + unlimited healthy snacks 

  • Welcome Bag including T-shirt, water bottle, and journal as well as additional items needed throughout the week

Wellness Program + Activities $850

  • Daily activities including sports, team building activities, games, arts and crafts

  • Wellness program focused on self discovery, developing self-confidence and healthy communication as well as social skills

Non-refundable deposit $500
